I have a 25 cal as well and the feed from the magazine is bad. Sometimes I have to jiggle and her the magazine to get the pellet to load or sometimes I have to slam the bolt really hard a couple times to get it to feed. It’s frustrating but like you it’s the only problem I can’t seem to fix. I have had a couple other issues but a quick email and it’s fixed. Customer service is like no other. I’ve had them send me a fix and wanted me to let the, know it the problem was fixed and had them answer me within minutes. Love my Priest 2 premium. RTI arms is like what is FX? Great video.

Like you I'm very impressed with their service . Obviously a top notch company who care about their clients. Apart from the .25 cal mag everything else is absolutely first rate on my rifle .

BSA Pylarm pellets we're the ammunition of choice back in the early 70's , a bit dearer then the run of the mill pellets of the day ... They were very accurate in my BSA Mercury ( well as accurate as was then ) only did them in .22 I think ...
Difficult too say if your problem is due to alignment , I'd of thought if that was the case , every pellet would " catch " for want of a better word ... Had that trouble with my weihrauch ( .20 ) weren't an alignment problem , it was the AWEFUL crossman premier pellets .. just wouldn't cycle ... Bought a " sizer " and sized ALL 1250 pellets ( son bought me 2 boxes for Christmas ) then they were ok
Could try ( if you already haven't ) spraying a bit of Baliistol type oil in the magazine ... That said , if RTI are on the case I wouldn't worry ... May even get some extra freebies too test ... Or as a gesture of good will ...
You could as a last resort ( though I suspect RTI will sort it ) " hone " OR drill , ever so slightly the rear of the magazine plate where the pellet is pushed through ...

Remove the o ring which you think holds the pellets in place , the magazine will work very fine ,took this tip from Sniperqty ,and worked great !

Interesting thoughts. I also have the .177 and .25 barrels, but haven’t used the .177 enough to know from personal experience if there are any issues. In mulling this over I’m starting to think that the problems, such as they are, with the .25 cal may be pellet rather than magazine related. Just because the .25 pellets are so big and heavy (as compared with .177) the skirts are far more easily damaged/distorted in transport and form carrying them around. What I’m experiencing is that the jamming you talk about is pretty random. For a while I had thought there might be a problem with the second chamber of the magazine, because that kept acting up, but that’s now gone away. The symptom I’m having is that every now and then the cocking action becomes noticeably stiffer at the final push to get the bolt into the barrel behind the pellet at the end of the cocking action. As you say, this may be because of a slight misalignment between magazine and barrel, although I have to say that my magazine fits very snugly and it feels properly seated. I’m going to start paying more attention to pellet condition and see if the ones with little nicks and dings are maybe the culprit, the thought bring that if they are not seated perfectly in the magazine, they might be going into the barrel slightly out of true, which could I think lead to jamming. In any case, one thing is for sure, this gun is not idiot proof and every problem I’ve had with it so far has actually been me, so I’m not blaming the gun yet! Thanks for an interesting and thoughtful video.
