Had full blown testosterone suppression when I ran a sarms cycle. Shut down my testosterone and had to go on TRT. Became infertile and am currently on HCG to try and reverse this. Still have high prolactin levels. Watching this on premier. Absolutely amazing information.

I’m manager for hormone clinic. I see this very often in young men. Only two or three months worth of doing such a cycle and their testosterone levels are permanently suppressed even three years later. Do not take those products. You are better off taking the real stuff. I have seen many men use steroids and were able to recover. HCG is helpful, but it is still replacing LH and it is not a permanent solution.

Fertility isn't factored in enough, should easily be a top 3 conversation. We always talk as if we never want to have kids or already had them all and it won't take a full year to get a decent sperm count

I got great results from 12.5mg Test Cypionate -injected daily- (5-6 days of week) and 150IU HCG 3x per week. This keeps me at about 1000-1100ng/dl I'm actually trying to drop my TRT dose lower, as my blood pressure is sometimes barely a bit high, but mainly I have insomnia sometimes and a bit more sweating than normal. I am aiming for 850-900ng/dl for a while to see how I feel. I get anxiety on excessive androgen loads, even with good blood parameters. I spent so much money on bloodwork to figure this fact out. Mainly thanks to a million dudes on reddit saying: try this bro... your e2 too high bro... e2 must be low bro...
My answer: some dudes just feel like anxious garbage on high androgens. It's like these guys think that testosterone/DHT is the root of all physical and mental well-being. But the reality is it's just an important piece of the puzzle.
Absolutely agree. When I took the "recommended dose" from the TRT Mills almost lost my mind. Went way over the stimulation threshold and didn't sleep for 3 weeks! Were all different.
You and I are on very similar protocols. For me, it’s 12 mg with 100 iu ed, and 3000 iu d3 is an essential accessory

Interestingly hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism has at least 30 associated genomic RSV, rare sequence variants, of which at least 10 are highly pathogenic , some people are carriers of more than one. The upshot is which ones you carry highly predict the response to HCG Somewhat influencing resulting testosterone level ,but even more the spermogram result , need for added FSH HMG etc . The science behind the individual variability you mention is extremely interesting. Tks the content.

Run the bs water nicely along the inner surface of the vial and take into account the vacuum there, which will suck the syringe to empty fast if you don't slow it down.
I may have missed it but did you go over what would happen if you ceased HCG monotherapy after some time? Would you return to baseline or end up below baseline?
Is there any chance to reverse testicular atrophy if you are on a long cycle and never planning to come off? Haven't used Hcg on cycle

Time will still tell but I read a thread on r/steroids where their mod, who I think is a pharmacist by profession, recommended no longer than 12 days of HMG before going to HCG, and I haven’t been able to figure out the reasoning for that claim at all - any idea?
If I recall correctly I started at 600iu HMG EOD for 12 days and now am using 1000iu of HCG (Bayer Zydus) EOD.
Wife and I have been trying to conceive (and this protocol has been running) for about 4-6 months where I’d been on 210mg test and no fertility support for about two years. Still taking ~140mg as a cruise dose, wonder if I’m better served sourcing rFSH, more HMG (as I don’t have any sertoli cell signaling atm with HCG), or doing a full PCT.
You heard anything like this, where HMG shouldn’t be ran long term? He wasn’t confusing it with triptorelin or anything either.

I forget why but I’m pretty sure VS said he didn’t see results from HMG which is why we was running recum. FSH with HCG for fertility cycle
I started monotherapy 3 weeks ago 500IU 3x a week. Due to test levels as low as 8.6nmol/l and poor morphology/low motility sperms. I have a varicocele developed on my left nut, due to an accident in '98 with a tent pole. Ouch. No subjective response yet. First bloods next week. Dr suggested 6 months to see changes and also suggested clomid starting next month for a double effect. I hear about overstimulation/desensitization etc. but he dismissed/downplayed it. We don't have any timeline for stopping the treatment should it prove effective.
Do we use the HCG indefinitely while on TRT?
Great video Steve. Does anyone else suffer from ED when bringing HCG into the mix? Everytime I've tried to add HCG (and again currently due to trying to regain fertility) it always negatively affects EQ? Also its not E2 related as that's been in range and also happens when micro dose AI is introduced. It's something to do with the HCG and not sure why 🤷♂️

If you have a lot of HCG start with your 250IU, after week two step it up higher, to perhaps 400IU, after 3 weeks 500IU.

If air is what degrades the hcg, I would assume if you put it in a 3ml humalog cartridge and load it in an insulin pen, it should stay good a lot longer since no air is added when you use it.
I use 12 mg test cyp with 100 iu if hcg ED. It sounds wild but if I bump the hcg up another 25 iu ed, or the test by another 1 mg ed, the side effects start creeping in

No hcg > hmg, hmg isn’t as effective in the studies, so it would be better to combine HCG with HMG or better yet use HCG with rFSH
