I have a question why you use in rslogix 2 PIDE AND PIDE AUTOTUNE
    THEN WE JUST CALL PIDE.

Hi Clifford. Do you by any chance know if anything has changed during the last few years, regarding these parameters? I am working in FTW 11.00 and Logix 32.00. But many of my parameters seem to be missing, once I try to link my faceplate to my program? Jonas

jbkuhlmann sorry, I’m not sure. You would have to contact Rockwell. If you find out, please let me know. I will be upgrading to version 32 this fall.

I got this to work with FT 11 and Logix 32.02, see my post above about the Autotune button fix. Another option was to have a separate button for Autotune that called the parameter file directly.

Fntaztc thank-you very much for confirming this!

@@Fntaztc It turned out that the parameters from my program would not link with the faceplate as the software issued from my school was in Danish language (Denmark). Switching to English solved the problem. However, I recommend one should adjust these settings prior to designing anything, since every label and button was changed to '?' when switching language midways 😏

Your Autotune portion wasn't working, though. I'm having the same issue.

Your right Brian! Thanks for pointing that out. I will look into this and reply. It might not be until the fall though. I have a long list of things to do.

I think it's because you have to enable it in the PIDE parameter (AutotuneEN) setup or write a 1 and wire it to the FB. He only had input and output wired to the PIDE. I may be wrong.

This was driving me crazy too. There were two issues with this I believe. First, on the "Logix_PIDE_Trend" screen, the goto button parameter list for "Logix_PIDE_Autotune" should be {#1},{#2}. Next, the goto button parameter list for the Trend button on the "Logix_PIDE" screen needs to be {#1},{#2} also. Without the {#2} on this screen, the Autotune screen doesn't know where to get its data from. Hope this helps. Thanks for the video.

Fntaztc thanks for figuring this out and responding! Much appreciated!
