At the same time there's so many hints and sets up for at least another game, so it'll be interesting to see if that happens--Sindri and his whole story is one of the things I feel wasn't properly resolved/finished.

Kratos learns the “appreciate the nature of a thing” point from Brok as well and takes it to heart. I actually did not realize how much I love Brok until he died. Playing thru the 2018 game with him is a bit sad now, but I both appreciate him more and pay more attention to what he says as a result.

Brok was a real one in every way possible. He would call anyone out on their bullshit and he never lied or bent the truth to communicate or get what he wanted. He was as straightforward as can be and he would back it up with smarts and was even willing to scrap if it came to that.
Brok is a man of brutal honesty. He don't sugarcoat shit, and if he's hiding something, he'll tell you so and why he's doing it. Kratos was lied to most of his life by the people he trusted, and now even his son keeps secrets from him, and so I get why he likes Brok. It's nice to talk to someone who isn't gonna bullshit you constantly.
In my experience. Before what happened happened and everyone is around the table waiting on me to start the next scene I had literally spent about 5 minutes with homie casually choppin it up & upgrading and spent over 10k. Then soon as l start the mission… 😒

I love the development between god of war and Ragnarok. in the first one, he'd call Broke and Sindri just "the dwarves" and Mimir "head". Spend enough time with the smartest head in the world on your belt and you may get to know him a little
Kratos also probably didn't care at first, mostly seeing them like tools, but upon seeing their usefulness, he opted to care more. Such as asking sindri about the weapons that Magni and Modi weilded or defended the dwarves from Atreus's outbursts, something he didn't really do for Modi.
