I seem to have missed one melee move which is a forward 4 hit slash, but it's not tricky and also easy to dodge.
With enough distance you could even just run sideways to save dodge and evade sword waves.
Letting her come to you instead of backing her into the wall not only forces her to do gapclosers but also prevents her from doing a 4x sword waves which is difficult to dodge at close range.

I felt like I couldn’t train against her with those “Punishing” sword wave attacks lol, but now I should be able to go at her again and not eat so much dmg. Thanks again! 💯
@@casiustyrellepascua398 i think the stamina management will depend on your needs as a player. For example you're farming for memories or overclock resources. It'll really depend imo. No hate man
@@scumbagserg yeah, we have just 3 options, overclock, memories, and Cogs when needed
another tip: in the start of the stage, if you dont move, she's zigzag towards you, but if you move, she'll slowly sidestep while anticipating an attack from you, she'll pop up her barrier when you attack her that time.

I'm actually surprised the stuff in this video is something I already learned through fighting her in Cage while I tried to hit 85% of points in Hell. Though something that always caught me off guard was the chain of Sword Waves, thanks to the video though I can probably anticipate it much more often since it usually triggers as a defensive move. TY Rex!
I like how Rex with his Global acc is just good/above average, he still get dmg once a while.. but when he's using his CN acc, his true power unleashed!

Alpha is definitely one of the easier and more balanced boss fights. The telegraphs are clear, and the windows for dodging are all pretty fair. The only one that usually gets me when I am not paying attention is the AOE judgement cut (where I thought I was safe but the aoe surprises me). I definitely find Camu boss fight more annoying
I actually find Camu to be quite easier than Alpha, though his Devil Bringer grabs still catch me by surprise.
With dark team and 2 sub dps he is easier to handle.

the AOE attack is what makes alpha so painful for first-timers, glad this is getting removed. i was so scared that i didnt even want to do her in the Pain Cage.

Actually hero barrier stance is the most effective way to hit her, you just need to move a little bit to the side after you hit her once and she will let you hit her for 3 or 4 times, she jump back and sword wave you depending on her position
thank you jesus, that aoe attack gets removed. thats the only move i have trouble dodging.

The laser phase is absolutely broken. Sometimes it lasts for way too long.

Still having trouble dodging the 4 sword waves. You only show yourself dodging it once in the video and don't explain how to dodge it beside saying to get distance. In harder modes she spams the 4 waves a lot and I can't dodge it without matrix or a nearly full dodge bar. She shoots them so fast that if I dodge one the rest hit me. I wish that was explained more in depth because I think that's the move that does 80% of all the damage against me.
In the demonstration at the end he dodges plenty of 4 sword waves, you shouldn't need a full dodge bar when one or two dodges will work. As long as you aren't chasing Alpha when she teleports away and you keep moving to the side you'll have plenty of distance to dodge them. They're really not that hard to dodge if you again, keep your distance and let Alpha come to you instead.
