Just a little history of some of these recipes; mom took some baking lessons back in 04. And luckily for me, she had a written recipe for cassava bread, but a few of the recipes are incomplete, so here I am honoring your requests by updating them to bring to you. Thanks my Lib sweet heart for sharing this rear recipe. However, is there a version were coconut can be added to the cassava bread? If so, please do a recipe on that as well. I tried this and it was truly yummy 😋😋😋😋thanks for sharing as I await the coconut cassava version. Love you.

Yes you can use butter..just go with three sticks instead of four
