I've been using my Loupdeck CT for quite a while now and its been the best purchase if you're a pro video editor. Set up your own shortcuts the way you want make macro commands, speeds everything up!

Im considering this tool, but price seems a little hefty for what it is. Da Vinci has a speed editor for $399 with full version of Resolve.

In principle the same function. Only difference might be the hardware buttons/knobs
Maybe I'm confused. Even I use Figma daily. And pressing R on keyboard brings up the rectangle tool, similar for other tools. Can someone explain what else does this gadget does? Am I missing something?
Basically that, but the layout is slightly nicer, you can have it in any position on your desk, have additional inputs and so on.
Plenty of people will not see the need for it, but some professionals in video, image or sound really like the 20% improvement they may perceive
Seems overly complicated and annoying to set up and unintuitive to use
