Kalecgose feels like it’s in such a weird spot as a card. Dragons don’t feel battlecry-ish anymore.
Its definetly not a tier 1 comp, and dragons are more in the gain stats during combat kind of build right now, but when it all aligns i had have success with kalecgos + brann + draconic battlecry activator + general or murozond, just the guarantee money and battlecry activation every turn, plus the fact that the economy generators are dragons is pretty good, tho, if quillboars are in someone that got pocky early is going to curb stomp you everytime.
There is a very weird thing were while start of combat dragons are always full of divine shield units, with kalecgos builds i rarely find myself with even a single divine shield dragon, unless it was a failed start of combat build that transitioned to kalecgos.
@@robertrivero360this is the problem imo. Early-mid game you can tempo so hard with dragons, but no late game stats. Kale builds get stats but no shields & rather slow scaling. Only had wins with hybrid builds abusing nightbane + cleave, never pure dragons
The problem is that its just so slow. Both in terms of getting set up, but also the animations are killing you so you can't even APM battlecry.

I had double golden kalecgos+brann yesterday, managed to get just third place. It feels extremely weak right now.
if you can get brann you can kinda pop with them but yeah, the in-battle buffing dragons just have huge attack numbers and divine shields, imo battlecry's safer from cheese than in-battle

It’s still valid. Poet just makes your whole board Terec+. Hate it when my duo partner keeps on stacking tarecgosa when it’s really not good
Tarec is kind bait in this build, the only reason to keep is because he missed Poet a lot.
~The final board is 2 Nighbanes(1 if Vol'Jin) and 5 Poets, everything Golden.

@@Vincentoist True, is just that there's "nothing better" to run... the dream is to get a Trickster, if you manage to make a 40 health Trickster I say is already good enough... if you manage to make a 100+ health you're probably unstopabble, but again it's kind hard to get all those pieces.
turn nine full build is kinda insane.
Dragon endgame is just when demons are in the 2/3. when you can anticipate it, buy some of the in shop health buff and on rank 5 you can look for the eat 3 cost spell. This way you can get infinite health + infinite attack

Why would you want to sell the second promo-drake instead of the when attacking dragon, when you can turn the promo drake golden very easily?
I think that's why, he doesn't want to waste a golden on it and would rather guarantee the tarec and the doubling stats guy
Actually, when he had 2 Amber Guardians, the first one procs 2 (not including itself) then there are 3 units without shield so the second one procs 2 which means you had a 33% chance to not hit your first Amber Guardian, not 20% like you said.
I played 8 games today and didn't see quil or mech once? Are they removed for some reason?
Isn't wind fury dragon is better than the dragon that give damage when died? Most opponent already have very low hp anyway

1st time i c dogdog discover a 5 and not take brann. Feel like brann is 1 of the best cards this meta may i ask why u went for the drake? i feel like that dragon is good but brann is so much better

Lol DogDog doesn't realize that 1/5 in BG RNG coding is equal to about 50/50.
The highest cap is Dragons, if you manage to build them you can easily pass 10k, you can even go above the overflow, but it's very hard to build them, the problem is also this build has no health(you can if demons are in and you make a huge Trickster), also Vol'Jin is the easiest to make this build happen, since you just need 1 Nightbane, while everyone else needs 2.
~Also in this build Tarec is kinda bait, since it delays golden minions if you have Poet already.

Dragons are so not good this patch, with divine shield removal they are just giant beat sticks with no hp and subpar scaling 😢 I want my old dragons back

i just won a sick game with much much better dragons and i have 5k ranking 😅 im happy you skipped a mob for hardcore combo, good that will stay my secret, but always nice to watch you great match
