I'm already verified online but the app asks me to re-verify, losing access to my services temporarily. Why do I have to re-verify and potentially loose access temporarily to my wallet/fixed terms?

Nexo card not working in us or Canada I tired of you keep share a lot of stuff not working on us
Ask your lawmakers about that. They are working perfectly in EU. It's not theor fault if they get restricted by a country.

@@MB-mt2pl yep, I said the same. They are not in charge to change the laws of US and Canada. I'm using their services from EU and they are great. They did everything they could for providing good services to their customers.

Ils mont bloquer ma carte pendant 3 jour et m'ont fait contractée un prêt a cause d'une autorisation de paiement.aujoirdhui ils veulent bien me rembourser seulement le paiement qui n'aurait pas du avoir lieu mais pas le prêt et ce que j'ai du rembourser par leur faute sans compter l'argent que j'ai perdu car ces incompétent bloqué les transfère bancaire et j'ai était obligé de faire des virements en ltc pour rembourser. J'ai donc un trou de plus de 1000 euro que nexo mavole sans compter le temps perdu et stress causé par cette perte d'argent.en résumée ne faites surtout pas confiance a nexo
