I'm actually one of the kids in Baca. I was adopted by them last year and it has made this process SO much easier. They're my family now.

I'm in neither camps, though I was beaten till broken bones, I was never abused. I know traumas leave scars, and time doesn't heal every crack in our facades, but know that in time we can always accept who we are, and who we want to become. Thank you BACA for giving children that chance of hope for the future, it puts tears in my eyes that others don't have to suffer alone.

That's fact. No bike club is going to have a problem with one piece patches. Motorcycle "clubs" wear three piece cuts.
My wife and I have 5 children, and I have nothing but the utmost respect for BACA and what they stand for. After riding , breaking bread, and talking to BACA members at a run , they deserve all the love and respect that they get. What a great club full of great guys. Looking forward to the next time I get to show that awesome club some love.

These guys have a huge presence in Arizona where I used to live and are all over the northwestern US. You would be VERY hard-pressed to find anyone who would speak ill of them. I am not a member, but have spoken to and rode with several. Support them in any way possible!!!

Beautiful Doll, I'm so sorry you had to go through what you went through, and I'm sorry that you didn't know about BACA when it was happening to you. The organization (it is an organization, not a club) was much smaller when you were going through that.

Some people don't see the good side of bikers. But they or at least most have a heart of gold! And to stand against child abuse is a true hero in my eyes!
Thank for your support Dibbs! The numbers we're dealing with here in the States are staggering! Up here in the state of New Hampshire alone there are over 15,000 cases of abuse reported to DCYF, 8000 of which turn into real abuse cases. That's every year!! We need all the support and press we can get. The more people that know we exist, the more kids we can help.

Wearing that backpatch nearly cost me my life, and I ended up talking to the likes of Outlaw Smitty, Outlaws M/C at their clubhouse in Daytona Beach, to Bandido George in Pawhuska Oklahoma, and other national Presidents of other clubs around the country to get their blessing. It's a one-piece patch that doesn't claim territory, and it's there for the children, not us. God bless. Chief, Founder, Bikers Against Child Abuse.

I'm beyond pleased to learn that BACA operates in my city of Ottawa. Well done BACA. May you always ride safely and continue to be there for kids.
I know the pain these kids go through. My current gf was sexually abused by someone she should've been able to trust. The things she tells me he did give me nightmares and I'm not even the one that it happened to.
No child should have to be afraid they are going to be hurt. My girl was referred to B.A.C.A and she is eternally grateful to them.
She still has nightmares and when she feels frightened, she'll hug her baca bear and remember her brothers and sisters at baca helped her be brave enough to tell the world what that that piece of trash did to her.
I may never meet these brave warriors, but I will always be grateful for the love and protection they gave a scared little girl 12 years ago.
Thank you baca for all you did for her.
I can't wait to start riding and earn my patch with baca scraping my pennies together for a bike. I've always loved motorcycles and always thought being in an MC was cool but never liked the idea of going to prison lol but then when I found out about this organization it was like a sign because like many people I've had a family member go through the pain of child abuse. I was lucky to be raised by both of my amazing parents and be brought up in a good home. Every child deserves that.
I ride with BACA in Idaho as a supporter, I just wanted to say thank you for spreading the word about us. And thanks for the kind words.

B.A.C.A.. They are a boon to abused children and I agree with what they do and how they do things. Children should NEVER have to pay for their love with their bones and their flesh.

Hey Dibber, just wanted to say, Thanks for your video... I ride with BACA as a supporter (prospect) out of California and they are a legit group of bikers. They have earned their respect with all the major clubs including the 3-piece ones in the state by the way they ride and the way they conduct themselves as bikers. The BACA patch is not given, it is earned and one day I hope to earn mine...see ya in the fast lane .

We're trying to form a B.A.C.A. chapter in Malta right now. We need all the help we can get to get the ball rolling. It's no easy feat to screen all the members to BACA standards, incorporate, mobilize the members when needed and maintain momentum, being an isolated small island of less than half a million population. We're seeking help from the Italian chapter and a few chapters in the USA. We have spoken to law enforcement agencies and they won't have a bar of it (even though they approve of it off the record) so we're on our own in that respect. The most worthy cause a biker can support IMO, so we're pushing on against all adversity as it arises...... Kudos for the thumbs up bruv! We appreciate it.

Good video , I couldn't agree with you more as I have an utter respect for these guys because they stand for good which also helps people see past biker stereotypes .
I respect any organization that if for the kids or anything on the matter of destructive environments within the home life. The fact that bikers are supporting it shows how much we care for people and were not all bad like how a lot of people think the biking community is.
Thank you dabberinthewind for your very well made videos I've seen almost all of them and I picked up a bike of my own still getting comfortable on it.

DibberInTheWind , i subbed to your channel after listening about the Sons of Anarchy back patches, i am involved in the Armed Forces Bikers , i was allowed to spread flyers as i am not a biker. I might get affiliate patches when i am worthy.
As for the abuse side of things... 12 years old and got raped by a teacher. A path of cutting, drinking and suicide followed. 22 years later i still struggle today. It helps to have a wife that has been abused as we both understand the impact it had.

Love your vids Dibber. I myself am part of the kanawha county chapter of B.A.C.A in west Virginia. I am not a full patch member yet but I am working on it and have gotten to ride to a couple level ones and watch from a distance. I love the club and love the mission of the club. Great video man.

You'd have better luck shooting a bullseye from 15 miles away with a .22 than finding someone who doesn't respect the hell out of B.A.C.A. I just chatted it up with the Silicon Valley chapter yesterday at the KHMC luau, I'm really looking forward to joining one of their events in the near future.

First time I heard about them was last fall. There was a story on them in my local paper and on the news. They do good things. We have a Chapter here in Saskatoon where I live. I've seen at least 4-6 guys riding with the patch on there vests.
Actually I've seen a few different Club Patches this year not including the fools who ride with the full set of SOA Patches.

i was bullied and abused when i was a kid so i know the feeling and i love to help people especially kids

I dunno but I know that there are clubs that are antagonistic toward them. Also the patch is a target for perps and human traffickers to aim at.

Ive tried contacting the Montreal Chapter because its the closest to me and nobody seems to answer! For those of you answering the call, keep going!!! I am a victim of abuse myself when I was a young child. What you guys are doing is so important!! I am a Master Mason however and we have something called The Widows Sons. They do not affiliate but they do work with B.A.C.A and so I am looking into starting my own Chapter in my area and the charity of choice will be for children. Im hoping this will end up becoming a team effort in the future.

Why shouldn’t BACA not have a patch? They are more organized as a group than most other clubs also going through the FBI and HLS background checks along with 1 year training before getting on a bike to go help a child the back patch is definitely something those folks earned.

To B.A.C.A. I would donate money to them for the love they show those kids. These bikers will always have Jesus Christ on their side no matter what the cost. B.A.C.A. will always be thinking of in my head because they bring justice to those innocent children and there abusers will be lock up.

Hi Dibber, i am a member pf the RBLR. (Royal British Legion Riders) branch and H.O.G. When my mother is out of hospital after her recent stroke i have informed one of our riders, who is a member of BACA that i shall be looking to join them and support the work that they do. Although we had an absent father, we were not abused or anything like it, thankfully. On another point, i remember quite some time ago you mentioned the WILD HOGS, from the film of the same name and it reminded me. Did you feel the same way about the Black Widows from the 2 Clint Eastwood films?
My issues with Wild Hogs were more to do with the makers and the fact they violated protected trademarks and got clobbered for it. The Black Widows in EWWBL and AWWYC is a different ballgame, the majority of us take no issue with how that was done and we also find it funny, we've also been known to use them as a comparison when we talk about or meet what we think are clown clubs.

Have enjoyed your vids...totally agreed with your vid on SOA patches, I was a hang around for 5 years with a prominent MC before I had to move abroad and its no joke. I am working on starting an MC and I have 3 major global MC's local who I have to meet with to ensure my respects are paid and there is no confusion what we're about. Totally agree with BACA but as with other commenters I wouldn't be able to hold back if a child abuser was in front of me.

I grew up with Bikers. my dad tok me to Raid and Aim rallies in the 90's and as a child, I was safe as a bunker. Bikers are loud cuddle bears.
As far as the biker culture is concerned, if I have it right when u dawn a patch on your outfit you have to have earned it and it must mean something or it is deemed disrespectful or justified makes you look stupid. From my understanding it's like the military in that regard and that's where the patch culture comes from. So for an organization like this to wear that patch means they stand for something greater than an individual (an yes they do) an they can back up that patch. Honestly If I were to join an club I'd join baca I believe in the cause and world the want to build. Children are the future of this world an need to be nurtured an old protected to build a better world. That's why I serve in the army currently is to use my time and energy making the world a better place and when I leave the army I may join an organization like baca because I believe we can sit all day and complain about shit or we can make a difference and well I want a better world than I was born into.
I've been hearing about people having a bone to pick with the fact that they wear backpatches, but from what I've seen they are 1peice not 3 peice so... WHAT THE FUCK?
No-one has said anything about them having a single piece in here, never heard anyone knock BACA because of their UNIVERSALLY accepted and fully sanctioned patch, a lot of the guy wearing a BACA patch are ex and retired patch holders and it's a long process to even join BACA let alone don their patch.

Hey Dibs, I am in the U. S., and I was wondering what your opinion was of the Patriot Guard Riders, and do you have an equivalent there in the U.K.?
I think the Patriot Guard Riders do an outstanding job, over here in the UK we don't have assclowns like Westboro Baptist Church disrupting and disrespecting funerals of our military. If that bunch turned up to the funeral of a British Service person and behaved like that they wouldn't get out alive. The military over here are held in the highest regards by the club community as well as bikers in general, we also have a club over here called the All Arms Veterans Motorcycle Club who would step in and do what the Patriot Guard Riders do, only they wouldn't be alone as all the clubs and bikers in general would also step up to the plate and back them up. Vile groups like Westboro Baptist Church don't have a constitution they can abuse that allows them to demonstrate at military funerals here in the UK, our government and councils can ban them from demonstrating in the manner they do, they cant sue the police or government if they are prevented from holding one of their vile demonstrations either like they can in the USA.

You cant actually join B.A.C.A as a member at 14 as they are in essence like a motorcycle club, they also work with children that are or have been sexually abused, not those that are being bullied at school.
hell, abusers (& I use the term broadly) SHOULD be locked up. with a slashed hamstring in the nearest lion/tiger enclosure. NO cat can resist a bleeding limping thing. & maneater-food is as good, as merciful & as much as they bastards deserve.
