i actually got the delorean when it came out to see if it had the back to the future bodykit. it didnt and i sold it for 20 grand (thats how much it was worth then). its now like 15 mil...

i have it, and i got it after launch
the gt3rs in the video was a 991.2 (it has a 4.0L F6) but the car you were comparing it to in FH5 was a 991.1 gt3rs which has an entirely different engine (3.8L F6) the two different engines do actually sound different and especially in real life, the 991.1 has a really notable gearbox sound compared to the 991.2
They are different engines, but they are both 4.0L F6. Only the non-RS 991.1 Gt3 got the 3.8L. Sound is still underwhelmingly low-pitched compared to real life.
I was overwhelmed when it didn’t have z-tune parts (doesn’t have the hood or wing) but the other nismo parts I’m fine with just MISSING THE HOOD AND WING!!!!

Anyone remember when they put the Porsche expansion in FM6 and the Carerra GT had such an awesome sounding engine especially when stock? I remember playing the events with that car stock and it just sounded sooo good especially downshifting it was awesome

I’m insanely underwhelmed that since forza motorsport three ALL the way up until now at forza horizon 5, most of the vehicles available, which is already limited, we only get a mediocre front bumper and stereotypical Amazon spoiler. And on the muscle cars, it’s usually a bolt on nascar copy wing from back in the day. Occasionally getting a hood scoop or blower. Which is weird considering cowl hoods and blowers don’t add a little hp since both mods are not engine accurate, as well as the fact that cowl hoods and blowers are supposed to increase cold air intake dramatically letting the engine run cooler with less stress. Literally, need for speed carbon did this incredibly. Hundreds if custom options, spoilers, bumpers, skirts, rims, colors, even hood scoops, and you could adjust and customize them ALL to get the exact shape and size you wanted. Forza. PLEASE do this. But instead of auto sculpt, call it fabrication. All the appearance parts we have now? Label those as prefit aftermarket parts, and then have the fabrication shop filled with custom options. Where ALL the cars can get the same thing. Cause dammit, if I want a wide body wind tunnel kit on my 69 dodge with a huge tuner spoiler then dammit that’s what I want. Considering nfs carbon was released in 2006 when I wasn’t even 4 years old yet, and they already mastered customization on ps2 by THAT year, I feel like yall could’ve bumped up the competition by now. I’m just letting y’all know the only reason nfs doesn’t blow y’all out if the water is because of the few cars it has. But trust me, if they did an anniversary reboot with modern graphics and more cars, yall would be outta here🤣

I like his forza 5 “had” different car sound but there all cop pasts again like a car can have a full upgrade exhaust and then another car can have stick exhaust and sound the same

Another thing with the delorean that is underwhelming. Whatever class you put it in its too slow and doesn't turn well and the engume swaps aren't the best

True the CCX has a very generic V8 tone in FH5 - And yep it is annoying that we can't take the roof of a lot of cars, but the F50 in FH5 is a coupe I believe?
Convertible F50s have a Soft Top roof from what I know 🤔

Yuyan I found a glitch with the fairlady z the old one it's where you put the body kit and take it off quickly and then the rims and interior will be sus interior turns low poly and the rims turn invisible tho the fenders stay on

I was very underwhelmed by the Porsche 911 (992) GT3, the sound in FH5 is nowhere near as good as irl and it's nowhere near as enjoyable to drive as I expected, but then again, most FH5 cars are pretty boring to drive.

It was Probably a Knee Jerk Reaction caused by Fear, Griefing comes under an Act of Law in the UK (2016 Hate Crimes Act, under the "Cyberbullying" Section) so they Probably Over-Reacted for fear of falling afoul of the Law.

Tvr cerbera speed 12, its aero is only forza aero and not only Does it look bad but it also performs bad
Its front aero maxes out at 79kg downforce and rear aero at 104 kg downforce
In comparison the chevy impala gets 120kg front downforce and its tiny rear lip forza aero at the rear gets 223kg downforce

Ohh that's surprising - I never look into adjustable Forza aero tuning, but that is pretty weird
The Hog not having Rear Steer is Lore accurate, its the CST (Civilian Sport Truck) Version, which, in Lore, is front Steer Only, only the Military Versions are Quad Steer in Lore. So,. just for once, that actually is not an Error.

Hey, you’re comparing 2 different copo Camaro models, and 2 different engines, the engine shown in the real car is the video is a zz632, a 632 cubic inch naturally aspirated v8 , the car in game has a superchagered 572 cubic inch v8. Try again.

I wouldn’t expect the 600LT to have that shift pop considering FH5 decided that every non manual car no matter how much of a grocery getter it is should shift like a racing transmission. It gets old.

Some cars had a better sound in FH4
for example the W212 E63s AMG Mercedes, in FH4 it had a deep rumbly V8 while in FH5 it sounds.... yeah.
@@thicclasagnathe e63 sound in fh4 was ripped from the 6.3 NA c63, the e63 in fh5 is accurate because the e63 has a 4.0 TT V8

It has to be one of the most lazy and underdeveloped high end games ever.
The sounds are largely generic apart from a few cars, all the generic aero mods, all the generic wheels, no change to the look of the exhaust from stock to modded, bodykits only on very few cars, generic sounds when you have a certain engine type with a "race" exhaust so (for instance) most V10's sound the same even when in real life they are nothign like each other, unrealistic engine/drivetrain options, a rubbish "damage" model, glitches all over he place and gameplay which is basically copy/paste from horizon 4 with a bit more woke rubbish thrown in.
Over three years from release there should certainly not still be bugs and glitches yet there are still plenty. Infact on a "AAA" game there shouldn't have been any from day one - especially since its obviously using a lot of the code from H4.
Some could be down to licensing but on a "AAA" game which sells for so much money thats a very poor excuse.
Then they have the cheek to wait years to add in car packs while asking more money for them even after getting the full on pre-order, everything added bundle.
I didn't bother with the new car packs or motorsport 7 - nor will I be buying another Forza title until there is a massive change in the lazy, generic, underdeveloped and overpriced grab they have going on.
For someone who had every title since motorsport two including all the horizons and all the add on packs thats quite a lot of goodwill they butchered.
Its not the only title which has gone downhill as developers get lazy and greedy either.
