He was always good ... The defense last year was terrible, and with no leadership or direction that was good enough from anyone on the coaching staff ... But now, Dean is starting fresh, and with a coordinator who actually knows what he is doing ... The new players, are learning this from the get go, and didn't have to go through what these guys did last season ... And the 2nd point is, These 2 new coordinators bodes very well for us ... Strategically ... Whatever they roll out, will be rather new to opponents ... Or, kind of new ... So game-planning will be more challenging for opponents ... Drops back to pass looks at primary receiver if not open scrambled to the right for a short gain or sack every time! He is not that good and Eagles won’t see another Suber Bowl with him! The defense had not improved! The same undersized poor tackling secondary! Weak unproven linebackers! And finally a poor head coach who showed his true abilities in the second half of the season!
