I loved this video and will check out all you have but one question...Where did you get the brush you used to paint with in this video?....thanks soo much
They are just regular paint brushes from the craft store! I have a set that I only use for food. They don't have to be fancy, but avoid the really cheap ones as they tend to shed bristles.
@@BakingButterlyLove Thanks soo much for replying back and I will definitely get some....😀👍👍
What kind of brush are you using?
Hi! Great video, congrats. Do you have a vegan colouring that could recommend? Thanks! :)
Hello! I love Americolor brand, and according to their website there are no animal products in their food colorings.
Hey , I really love those cake designs.
Hi! Unfortunately it's not that hot where I live so I don't have too much experience with this kind of problem. I would try keeping the cake at room temp and only chilling it long enough to firm up the outside, that might help with the condensation. You can also try substituting a bit of vegetable shortening for some of the butter in your buttercream to help it hold up in the heat better.
@@BakingButterlyLove thanks for the reply. i will definitely try. keep uploading :)
Will the cake sweat while painting due to change of temperature?
If you are in a hot environment, yes the cake will sweat. Chilling the cake before painting works best in moderate or cooler temperatures.
How do you wash your used utensils? I hate washing with food dyes
Lots of hot soapy water 😂 Washing buttercream stuff is definitely the worst. I usually let everything soak in a big container of hot water for a few minutes and that gets most of the worst bits off before actually washing.
@@BakingButterlyLove thank you so much! Will try this out
What is the butter recipe ?
Can i have the ingredients for making that buttercream
You can find the recipe here bakingbutterlylove.com/swiss-meringue-buttercream/
Use cake strips
How come it stays up n even you didn't bother to even level the cake
Hi. I'm from Kazakhstan. Your video are always interesting. I can not watch the video. Registered. But no video
Girl why didn’t you level your cakes before stacking them? 😭
They're only little 4 inch cakes, I was just too lazy 😂
