There’s nothing really wrong with his brain. He thinks clearly, and doesn’t have trouble articulating his thoughts or formulating sentences. Also, he responds quickly to any question asked. IMO He just has trouble with his speech which he could improve with speech therapy.

@MillCity, the thing is people keep spinning the narrative about the Devin's lawyer letter. In the letter, all it said was Team Haney believes that Ryan should be disqualified because of the accumulation of unfair events during the fight and fight promotion. And than it defines what a DQ entails. But people are skipping that whole thing and saying "Devin wants his 0 back" when thats not what the intent of that document was .
