Code Plug from the ground up for use with WPSD hotspot using CPS

Here I try to explain the programming of a code plug using CPS into an Anytone D878UVii Plus.
Then use it on a hotspot running WPSD software on a Raspberry Pi 4B and an MMDVM Hat.
Here I just touch the surface of running DMR on a hotspot but I think I hit on a few great points that others have failed to explain.
