The stutter (or static) in Cassidy's voice presumably states that he's being very emotional (despite being one of the most heartless animatronics) in that conversation, gives us a different perspective on the characters

BUT! in fnaf pizzeria simulator (an actuall game made by scott that not many people know ) micheal DIES in a fire. so we can say that since william killed way more cchilds and took remant out of their corps he managed too have more remnant wich explains why hes not completly imortal but hes gonna live for a very long time
