Fried ice cream is delicious, I had several times at a restaurant called Chi-Chi's in the early 2,000's.
That first one made my heart simultaneously say "what in the nine hecks is going on-" and " I want it. Give me it now. Make it now."
I'm surprised the ice cream survived.

@@altx1 Actually we are not supposed to eat a lot of refined items(sugar is one of them) or the insulin resistance that is causing the PCOS gets aggrevated and the cysts won't probably go.
