I don't think they can just decide who can and who can't do stuff just because they were the first ones to do it. Unless they have a patent on hunter × listener videos (which I doubt) then they are in no right to declare themselves the only person who can make hunter × listener videos. That's just dumb ngl it's like saying "I was actually the first person to buy from this brand so no one else is allowed to buy from this brand anymore." Basically gatekeeping hunter × listener videos.
