Iftar Special | Sabudana Sharbat | Sagu Rose Drink | Summer Drink

Sabudana Sharbat is special summer drink or Ramadan drink special.
0:00 - Intro
0:08 - Milk preparation
0:09 - Milk - 1 liter
0:13 - Powder Milk - 1 Tbsp
0:15 - Corn Flour - 1 Tbsp
0:18 - Sugar - 2 Tbsp / to taste
0:22 - Mix well
0:35 - Heat the milk on medium flame
0:40 - Bring it to boil
0:48 - Keep aside to cool completely
0:54 - Jelly Making
0:56 - Water - 500 ml
0:59 - Gelatin / Agar Agar - 1.5 Tbsp
1:01 - Rose Essence - 2 Tbsp
1:07 - Dissolve completely
1:13 - Rose Water
1:15 - Sugar - 3 Tbsp
1:22 - Transfer to heat
1:24 - Bring it to boil
1:30 - Transfer to bowl
1:31 - Jelly settles in 30 - 40 mins on room temperature
1:34 - Refrigerate for 2 hrs
1:37 - Sagu Preparation
1:38 -Heat Water - 2 Cup
1:42 - Sagu / Sabu dana / Tapioca - 1 Cup
1:44 - Wash Sabu dana
2:02 - Put Sabu dana in hot water
2:08 - Cook for 8 - 10 mins (Stir Ocassionally)
2:13 - Sabu dana becomes transparent
2:31 - Drain excess water
2:33 Cool it completely
2:37 - Put Sabu dana in prepared milk
2:42 - Rose Essence - 2 Tbsp
2:48 - Mix well
2:53 - Refrigerate 2 hrs before serving
