How do you get such a perfect hit reg? My Internet connection is very good, computer and video card is much stronger then it needs for this game, but hit reg sometimes is at best mediocre. Can you give some tips?

The game is fairly dead on console you can still get games but imagine like 10v10 hes on pc on private servers for 400 bucks you can play this at probably a good 120 frames
