Modern skincare has been vastly over-complicated, and many of the ingredients in it are wreaking havoc on our bodies. Turns out, the ideal skincare routine is tremendously simple... but can still get you feeling like you're at the spa! All the products I share in this video are PUFA aware, sustainably sourced, and mineral-rich.

So interesting. I wonder if there's some sort of reaction happening with/because of something going on inside. There is also, at times, an adjustment period. Sometimes when your skin is used to products that are stripping it, it over-produces oils in compensation. Thus, when you add more oils, your skin doesn't know what to do with the oversupply and gets clogged. I absolutely hear you about it being expensive and being let down.
