Join Brooks & Christy in the kitchen as they prepare an Appalachian Springtime Feast of Wild Ramps with Eggs, Bacon and Toast...and milk to drink, of course! You won't want to miss this yearly tradition and hear about how Brooks family, The Ramseys and Ramps are related.
Ingredients: (for 2 to 3 people)
6 slices bacon 🥓, cooked to your desired doneness
Bacon Grease reserved from cooked bacon 🥓
6 eggs 🥚 🥚 🥚 🥚🥚🥚
6 ramps, cleaned and chopped, leaves and all!
Bread 🍞 for Toast
Butter 🧈 for Toast
