Model View Presenter (MVP) Example - #2 SQLite Setup

This is part 2 of MVP Using WinForms. It covers setting up SQLite for the Model View Presenter WinForms demo application. The use of Visual Studio 2017 will begin with video #3 which starts with model creation.
