You know, i do enjoy your content, but sometimes i feel like you’re a bit disingenous. Your style now is just as inspired by trends as ir was then, which again, is fine. Enginner boots are getting steam, especially with other youtubers you know, like owen, but in your vídeo you said you choose even tho they where not in style. Just like foams, they até getting steam, especially the Commeposite, but you talk like your the Only one who likes them, “liking ugly shoes”. Not a shot at you, by the way, just a bit of constructive criticism.
I hear you and I completely understand where you are coming from. I’m sorry if I ever seem to come off as someone who is the only one on something or seeming disingenuous. That is not my Intention. I definitely am easily influenced by trends that are shown by people I respect but when I speak on trends I try to speak in terms of general public trends. I always want my videos to be easily accessible by the general public. Im not sure what to call the space my style exists because I try and delve into the nuances of archive and designer fashion however I want to present easily digestible content to a general audience because the archive/designer space can be pretty unfriendly to newcomers. So to be clear, when I say “trendy” I’m referring to that item being present in the general public and not just my corner of fashion, y’know? Despite how I come off, the goal will always be entertainment and hoping someone learns something from my videos! I really appreciate your time and comment. I love constructive criticism and hope that from here I can only improve the content!
