This is a great roundup of ways to fix the Nox stuck at 99%. I'll add a few specifics that I had to try in order to try and get Nox 6.5.0.0 with Android 5 working: - Open up Local Group Policy Editor. Go to Administrative Templates -> Windows Defender Antivirus and enable "Turn off Windows Defender Antivirus". This is in addition to disabling stuff through the Windows Defender Control panel - Try restarting and recreating new emulator instances. It may forget it was stuck at 99% with the last one and try to load it properly. I also uninstalled and reinstalled Nox a bunch of times (the only instance I really cared about was an old Android 4 one which I backed up), which helped it forget it was "stuck at 99%". - Enable Virtualisation in your BIOS (for my MSI motherboard it was under the name "SVM") I was getting stuck at the "Android is starting" a lot before it finally got over it and loaded quickly.

best solution i found was to check where i saved the program.. it was trying to save on d drive that was almost full.. I manually changed to c drive and it works like a charm now.. didn't have to do all the other nonsense in these videos.. all the program was really asking for was more storage space than was being offered in the destination disk.

Thank you sir, the firewall thing worked (Windows 7 x64). Also before i saw this video in another related incident (Madden Overdrive no sound in MEmu App Player) I disabled all built in Microsoft games. Just thought I let people know, but i do think its the firewall that caused NOX's 99% problem.
