love how he neatly puts away tools and cleans as he goes.
Awesome Job! I guess I need a pro like him for our board replacement. I really like how he clean and tidy up continuously.
Thank you for the video! Sometimes I watch these and realize I can do it myself, other times I realize -- yup, need to get the pro in! This is one of those, ha ha, but I love understanding what needs to be done. Kudos also for neatening up as you went, I truly appreciate folks who are clean and tidy up not just at the end but continuously.
Thak you for watching!
nice work
Great job!
This was great! Thank you
Thak you!
Great job
Love this video ... well done. Thanks!
Thank you!
Should have shown taping the edges and placing something heavy on the changed board till the glue sets up, but other than that...good video!
Extremely helpful video. I'm tackling the same project this weekend.
Best of luck to you! Glad you found this useful!
Nice job and video
Wish this guy was in Boca Raton! I need some boards replaced.
I’m in Boca. What did you eventually do?
Thanks for this video. We just had to replace a few planks of prefinished hardwood floors and used this method. The boards were up in the attic and are a little lighter and not weathered like the rest of the floors. Any tips on speeding up the weathering/wear on the new boards?
Somtimes direct sunlight helps speed up the process depending on the species.
What type of saw is that you used to cut the board and were you using an impact gun with a chisel, scraper or other large attachment?
Its a hammer drill with a sds chisel blade sharpened with a grinder that the tech made
Great job, what is the ball park cost on a job like this?
$85 to $120 per board
adding VOICE-OVER would help keep viewers awake
Can you do one for us? We would love to see an example of what you can do. We can take a Facebook poll and if you win We will send you a free mop and cleaner if you win!
don't need a mop or cleaner, already have the tools i need to clean my wood floors, but i would be happy to do a voice-over sample for you. Send me a script an i'll make it happen. Or better yet, record yourself or your craftsman ( use your smart phone ) talking your way through the video, send me the VO, give me access to the video and i'll get it done.
The video is otherwise very good. guys like me would appreciate a little instruction...just sayin
Thanks for the comments! We appreciate the feedback.
How much for a job like that?
$85 to $100 per board usually with a job minimum
@@arizonahardwoodfloorsupply Wow! I would charge $150. I did one wood laminate plank today. Took me 40 minutes. I charged $75.
