@@LiveInATX yes yes yes! What an amazing idea. As I was doing research on acre lot communities, there are only 1-2 communities regularly mentioned. It wasn’t until I made a home-shopping trip to ATX last month that I learned that there were more (but only learned that at the tail end of my trip so didn’t get to see all of them first hand). Hi lx little dan Plays. With all of the movement in our area larger lots in Liberty Hill has been tricky to find that for sure. There are some communities like Clearwater Ranch where people can still get a home on an acre lot.
It really depends on the type of home that you’re looking for. Prices have gone up in Liberty Hill that’s for sure & low inventory doesn’t help. Right now homes that are currently on the market range from $245k (that’s for a 2/2) to $1mil and up. Are you looking in a certain area? Let me know if you have more questions. I’d love to chat more.
The entire area is growing and Austin is ever changing just know that its not like Houston or New York that's for sure but Liberty Hill is definitely changing.
I have lived in Liberty Hill my whole life and it was a very small town and it is definitely growing and expanding and so much people are moving here!
Parker’s is definitely the best one here
To also add stuff we have a Fourth of July festival every year, and our schools are growing and filling up

We joined this town in 2013. Its grown by the 1000's in size. We enjoy our private community.
It has grown so much. I really love they fact that Liberty Hill still very much has a small town vibe.

Does Liberty Hill have tornadoes?
The area does get tornadoes but historically there have not been many. There have been 130 that have touched down since the 1950's.
