Mandy being scared by Gwen's threats actually surprised me; usually the bully character tries to make things worse completely throughout the story, but she actually backed off for most of it.
BTW mandy is a reference to totally spies where she's also a bully and has the exact same looking friends in this story
Plus, it showed that she wasn't a cold-hearted person, just someone who was hurt.

I LOVE this story, and it's my favorite one so far! And spoiler alert, I'm probably going to write a whole essay about why I love this story and why it's my favorite.
One of the reasons why this story is my favorite is because of the characters. Gwen is such a really entertaining protagonist to look at, and Kol and Mandy are amazing side characters with a lot of backstory. I love how Mandy actually looked back at her actions and actually apologized to Gwen at the end, and that Kol didn't just dump Gwen when he figured out her secret. Instead, he was just disappointed, and later forgives and even liked Gwen more!
I also love the plot of the story. Let's compare this story to a fan favorite, "No one knew that I was a famous singer". That story basically tells about Sasha falling in love with her bodyguard while also on funny adventures with him. This story features Gwen falling in love with Kol while also dealing with Mandy, the school bully. Compared to Sasha's story, Gwen's story has more stuff happening in that story rather than just falling in love with someone. Not expecting dislike against Sasha's story, but I'm just telling you that it has more stuff happening.
There are a lot of more reasons why this story's my favorite, but these are the two main reasons why I love this story. And please don't write that you're not reading all of this, I warned you at the beginning that this was going to be long, so the least you could do is just scroll away.

Gwen's Art Style Story is Absolutely Incredible and Remarkable! She studied Martial Arts, Taekwondo, and used those teachings to stand up to the Mean Tall Girl, Mandy! Kudos to Gwen! It's also a Good thing she was helping out Kol, to help him to do everything on his list. She's such a Good, Kind-Hearted, Generous and Humble girl! It's also a Good thing Gwen and Kol finally realized about Mandy's problems throughout her Childhood Years. Guess Mandy isn't that much of a bully. She just wanted to be cared for and be loved. Can't help but feeling a little sorry for Mandy.

The fact that MSA used 'Jungkook from BTS' as a reference to Gwen being good at everything just made me feel like a prouder Army💜.
I'm also a potterhead, and thus I could kinda relate Mandy to Draco. Both of them had issues with their respective families and bullied people as children. Ik it's wrong, but I also felt sorry for them at the end.
Gwen went trough alot and still faced everything with bravery. It was super sweet of Gwen to be there for Mandy when needed and i love how close they became in the end. Mandy's love for the family shows and also that she can be the best friend ever when you get to find out what she is really like. Beautiful story love it so much❤❤

This story was not harmless!!!!!! The protagonist is insecure about her strength around men. This is due to the ingrained gender roles within our society: masculinity is typically perceived as being stronger/more dominant, while femininity is perceived as being delicate and fragile.Thus, Mandy feels as though she needs to hide her true self around her BAE and only accepts herself when her BAE validates her strength. Women should not rely on a man to validate themselves, this my story animated reinforces societal norms around male validation and feminity.

I really love the design they put in this story, I remember taking martial arts but not because one is stronger than the other but about building your confidence for self defense, that’s why Gwen shouldn’t really hide the truth but just confess to kol.
