Yes, your analysis is correct. Both Alluri Ramaraju and Komaram Bhim were real and lived kind of similar lives but never met each other in real lives as they lived in different times. Only thing which is fictious about this film is that it tries to get both characters from different times together in one time frame. This story never happened but the characters were real
