If you haven'T saved at any point in the game he'll tell you that you are too stupid to create a save file
If you suicide into the white bullets he'll tell you that you should stop that
And last but not least: Before he's turning back into his normal flower form, keep pressing right on the arrow keys, and you'll instantly land on the mercy button!

Who else noticed that when you spare Flowey, he doesn't say, "I don't understand," he says, "I can't understand," like he is forced to live out his "kill or be killed" mentality. Whether it was on purpose by Toby or not, it is a nice touch considering that he is being controlled not only Asriel, but Chara, who hated everything.
