Purina Animal Nutrition joined NCBA’s Cattlemen to Cattlemen to discuss the impact of Purina® Wind and Rain® mineral on cattle performance and share the new opportunity for producers to add value to their herd through Purina’s mineral nutrition program.
The Purina® Wind and Rain® Mineral Value-Added Program is one of the first feeder calf marketing programs built to help drive producer profitability and provide cattle quality vitamins and minerals from conception through weaning. To qualify for this program, calves must come from dams fed Purina® Wind and Rain® mineral or Purina® RangeLand® Pro mineral through gestation and weaning and continue on a Purina® cattle mineral program through sale delivery.
At its core, this program is designed to help buyers and sellers benefit equally from optimized calf health and performance through a complete mineral program.
