Looks great. How would you compare this to Assetto Corsa F1 cars?
A lot of people say AC still has the best F1 car physics. Maybe after iRacing though.
This looks pretty damn good. And I absolutely LOVE this era of F1.

The game itself includes some of the old tracks.
What happened to the KMH display? why is it wrong displayed lol? other than that sick mod. Can u play this well with a ps4 pad too?
In the cockpit, there is just a rev counter.
I never used a game pad in my life, so I don't know.
Is this game fun on a controller? I don’t have the money to buy a wheel right now:/

How do you get a spotter in AMS2 and get it to work so well?
A free software called "Crew Chief".

Where is the fun in driving against slow ai?
Just wanted to show the mod.
And in AMS 2, it is not easy to find the right strength, as cars of a class behave different on different tracks. On track A, they are slow whilst on track B, they can be pretty fast.
The custom AI file also tries to portray the different laptimes the cars achieved back in 88, where the backmarkers lost 5-8 (!) seconds to the fastest laps of the McLarens.
Wouldn’t have been much of a showcase of the mod if he was trailing behind 1 car the entire race. Secondly, just because you personally don’t find it fun, doesn’t mean others don’t.

@@blablabla1612 I find the AI very hard to tune even within a race, sometimes slow through sections of the track, sometimes too weak or strong with rain, sometimes too weak or strong with old tires. You do what you can with this sim for sure.
In most of my videos (which I make just for fun), I wanna show some kind of mod available for free, as I am one of those guys who spend hours, days and weeks just to bring the game to a more real to life state. Therefore, I choose an AI strength in which I can compete starting from the back and then have my ride through the field, in order to showcase all the liveries.
But you are right, it is not easy to find the right AI skill, as it may differ a lot between tracks and even sessions.
To be fair, I gotta state that I do not wanna be one of the developers who are responsible for tuning AI skills in AMS 2, as there are so many combinations of cars and tracks.
