Metrics - Part I

The first of a two-part series exploring the world of metrics, including KPI's, KRI's and more. This is a topic that all companies seem to struggle with, maintaining dashboards with long lists of metrics that don't really inform, don't support better decision making, and fail to create real business value.
In this series we'll talk about what metrics are, why they are such a key part of the risk manager's tool bag, and how they can be effectively used to support strong risk management.
