Pls. don't get me wrong the other way. Owned 700 AX7L DAT for 9 months and sold it. It's a rocket but the rest is almost a crap. To mention a few issues Infotainment & Odo screen crashes even after flashing with latest s/w, useless alexa never works most of the time, crackling noise from speaker, ac acutator replaced in 7 months under warranty, ESP error quite often solution provided is to switch off engine for few mins, fit and finish, flimsy roof rails, engine noise post 3 months, it can be heard while idling as if worn out bearing kinda noise. All talks about build, my concern is what good is the build when the car has so many issues. Maybe I mine is a lemon.

@@bulletbaleno I have nexon bro and I don’t find it difficult to cut it. What I meant was tata vehicles are not like Maruti . Their steering is vague . In nexon I know how much my front wheels have turned and it’s precise . That’s what I meant. Earlier I had santro and duster both with hydraulic steering and I get the same feeling in nexon in spite of it having an electronic steering

Seven seater, 30 lakhs, too many problems. No boot space, third row not comfortable for adults. This is not family car.
Watever said sir, Tata is good in making tgeir body parts geavy so that unlike other companies who says car will immediately go to top speed by making their body part light. Thats always a safery feature

Engine is good because it is not TATA, engine is sourced from Fiat (Jeep). Tata is marketing nicely the crash test of Nexon. Global ncap is not the best one, they have to try to get EuroNCAP.
So did mahindra, hyndai,, mg hectar, kia all hv this test? Compared to all these TATA is best.. just chk tge body alone.... how heavy it is.. also its amodified engine .....not JEEP'S... just chk
@@indumathies The engine used is well proven Fiat (Jeep) diesel engine. The same engine is powering Compass, Hector, Harrier etc.) It is not about looking strong. You have to see the technology behind it. For 30L, the interior quality is not up to mark. Fit and finish is not there. There is no point in getting global ncap, it is not worth. Let them send this car for EuroNCAP, then let's see. The design language is also boaring...

Another reason for choosing the safari over XUV 700 may be because in XUV 700 the middle row does not slide forward or backward. As the owner mentioned about his family traveling, this feature will be very useful in the safari. The last row of passengers will have a decent amount of space for a long journey.

Why companies are selling cramped boxes in 30 lakhs? Third row is unusable and boot space is almost nil. Why not extend length by few centimeters? Look at Ford expedition for example in US. It's third row comfort beats this car's front row. And has huge boot space too.

City milage is less than 8KM in automatic, most of the time is 5 km and the worst part is it does not display actual milage in display. It never shows less than 8 but actual mileage could be 5 😀

30L india is high price tag, compared with other country like usa, a 36K usd get well brand suv 7 seater with better spec.better build up, but we are pay high but we can't get value.
None of the Cars available are real 7 seaters which can accommodate luggage too. Buy a bigger car if you have a driver. If you want self drive in the city go for a smaller car serves your purpose. If you want to go longer drives take two cars which can accommodate 7 people. Even most luxury cars also can accommodate only 4 people including driver for comfortable travel.
