Hello sir I'm a very big fan of you. I'm from Malaysia, here we do keerai curry or keerai kadayal. Something similar as what you did, please do try it out too. Malaysian keerai curry got few types some add non veg on it some they blend it some will do only using veg.. but whatever it is keerai curry is one of the most best favorite food among Malaysian Indian doesn't matter small kids to elder one😅❤
