It is either you do or die trying 😈 If you can bait more aerial, those extra RA is worth it. And hard to expect back up from pub party especially mission room anyway. As a tank at least you can be initiative and create openings. If your team follows up, its a certain win. But when your team is not backing you up or just camp around, you know what you shouldnt do next 👍🏻 This match up is still quite good though.
Usually most people activate buff iron skin before diving into crowd, but honestly it's just waste few seconds of duration. I'd rather just dive straight ahead at enemies, then cast iron skin in middle of crowd after one or few skills. The benefits are either that makes your buff last longer, you could also have chance to escape with remains duration of buff. And if that's not enough you could just activate panic howl combined with whirlwind to escape.

This one is good!
But whirlwind is a bad skill now, too open for the skill duration.
better use the SP to max out stomp instead!
