I have probably watched all your video’s by no as I said very interesting and informative. It would be nice on future updates that you show a test drive upon completion of the repair. It’s only a thought but it would bring a closure to the work done.

Hi Please could you advise. my kymco maxi xls has developed a seat wobble. it seams a very vague fitting and almost slips and feels has if its going to turn around whilst being driven . also when driving along pavements i really have to grip the tiller and stop scooter from deveating from its course. i have checked the steering is tight and it appears to have no free movement when tested, so is this having to grip the tiller normal whilst driving on pavement. any help advice would be very welcome. I just brought a care co zoom the front handle bars grip are looking grubby can you do a video to replace the foam grips please
Sorry too easy. We sell the foam handgrips just add WD 40 they will slip on easy. Then the WD 40 will evaporate should leave it solid.

@@tomjacques4 when I put the scooter together from the boot of my car it never goes together easy I have to use some force to make it join any ideas of what can be the problem I have oiled the items that connect but it can still be a pain when joining both parts of the scooter together any help will be appreciated.
Have U ever had a request to make the suspension softer...
My Sterling Elite XS need to B made softer...
If U travel over a 2" bump the scooter bounces nearly 2" up
Instead of compressing 2"
That plays havok with my back...
My springs have pretension to 2 & 7/8" (72mm)
Spring thickness is a tad under 1/4" (5.62mm)
Would increasing the preload make worse or better...
What type of tyres are fitted pneumatic or solids and low profiles?
