Because we had good pioneers and audio engineers for the industry. Kenny "Jammin" Jason, Julian "Jumping" Perez, Farley "Funkin" Keith, Mike "Hitman" Wilson and Frankie Knuckles...then after them Bad Boy Bill, Fast Eddie....in Chicago, if you cannot blend then you cannot get play. The best blending DJs in the world comes from Chicago. I have been mixing and doing audio engineer since 1984.

I can go on forever. In Chicago, if you cannot blend and audio engineer, then you get no play. It is more that just DJing. The best blending DJs in the world comes from Chicago. I have been mixing and doing audio engineering since 1984. We are the best.

wow this was amazing. i like the nyc and this one. i always enjoyed listening to chicago dj's these dj's were untouchable. i remember when bad boy bill would do a guest mix on power 106 and he did a amazing job at straching although i came to find out he was the 1989 dmc champion which is no suprize. big ups from southern cali

This was suggested by youtube. But i'm glad i viewed they are all good at their craft. That crab scratching is tricky to get the hang of. I know it might sound funny to some but i'm trying to get the hang of hitting the cross fader the two or three fingers to get that crab scratching sound. But big resept to those that got it down like these guys because its hard to get the hang of.
