I make today the same stuff but without the diesel pump xD and others works :) greetz from belgium nice vid
I love your video's very helpfull
I've been watching your vids trying to gain the courage to removed the head to replace gaskets. If you ever decide to run training courses let me know 😀
Haha for the right price 🤑my advice would be to just take your time, Haynes manuals are very helpful, that’s what I learnt with back in the day 👍
The start of alot of work … if only we werent in the middle of a storm😡😡
Great job made to look easy.. been watching your wheel alignment video, as our T4 is pulling to the left. No splitter so having to wait for now.
@@TwiggsT4 I mate. No not yet. Had a few other issues to sort out, seems to have slipped down the pecking list of to do jobs.
You keeping busy with little projects?
Yeah reconditioning the wheels on the vectra, then need to get some pennies together to get the belts and water pump on the t4
Great work mate! Had to do it as well last year (for the first time) & it really was a pain in the a... 😀 but it felt good afterwards!
Fair play 🤙 it is a pain, but like you say the reward of the accomplishment is worth it, as long as you don’t mess up the pump timing, i like to take my time, when you rush mistakes can be easily made.
@@TwiggsT4 true! Did. you Check the pump timing afterwards statically & dynamically?
Yeah used a dial gauge in the pump, and with it running at operating temperature
Great video. I need my 2.5 acv pump belt doing but nobody wants to do it 😮
@@TwiggsT4 cheers for the offer I'm up north. When I booked my van in for a cambelt they didn't tell me that they couldn't do the pump side 😵💫😵💫 So paid £550 for half a job. I'm getting the courage to do it myself
If you got the brains to do it yourself then go for it, do a bit of research, get one of those dial gauges and away you go. Just take your time, I only had a Haynes manual and that along with reading the forums I taught myself everything I need to know 👍
Great content subscribes.
@@TwiggsT4 where are you located mate, love to get some mods done on my 2.5tdi

Turbo 240 diesel pump 200
Fired you a message on Insta mate, nice vid.. Will be getting on with my cambelt in the near future 🤙
Hi Twiggs, I'm not sure where you are based but I need my belts and water pump changed on T4 2.5 tdi AJT engine. Would you be able to give me a price, I'm in Surrey just off A3 south of Gulidford. I'm not sure how to PM you on youtube.
hi......do not tension the belt/s without releasing the camshaft pulley/s.......!
Fuel pump
160
Letting me have both 420£
Just done my belt today following this video...great work, much appreciated! I went down the route of removing the rocker cover to check the lobes on cylinder one were pointing up and I slackened the pulleys off before tensioning. All back together and driven it. Got rid of a few horrible noises which is an added bonus. Now off to Project Power for some Bosch Injectors and a plugging in!
