The Bunny Wailer Story Part 2 - Interview With Rodigan From 1988

- This is the second part of an excellent extended interview, with superb musical interludes, from David Rodigan's seminal Roots Rockers Show on London's Capital Radio some time in 1988 in which Bunny Wailer talks about his experiences before, during and after the formative years of the Wailers.
Rodigan's respect for Bunny and his music comes over loud and clear and is rewarded with a great response from the man himself.
This is the second of three parts of "The Bunny Wailer Story" which were broadcast - as I remember - on consecutive Saturday nights. I home-taped all three broadcasts on a variety of shonky C90 cassettes so you will experience the occasional glitch but generally speaking the sound quality is good.
In case you missed it the first part is at • The Bunny Wailer Story...

Rude Bwoy Bunny Wailer, i will always be obsessed with your style and your lyrical talent, I've been playing your great message music 🎶 for the whole weekend in memory of you and for all that you've contributed to the reggae Fondation, rest in power.
Thanks for these songs from the Wailers 45s, some of which I haven't heard in over fifty years. Long live the memories of the Wailers(Peter, Bob, and Bunny,) and their innocent years in Jamaica.
In the 80's my brother and my best mate , the late Tony D, made a vow. That if Bunny ever came to the UK, we would be there. My ticket was no 91 , I still have it . It was, and will remain, the best live show I've ever seen . Brixton Academy June 1990 . Bless you Jah B , Reggae God head
Timeless interview from a very talented brilliant mind
Six of us went to the concert , 2 Londoners, me and my mate from Nottingham, my brother and Tony from Wrexham, I bet we weren't the only ones making the pilgrimage
