We just bought a courtyard "townhouse" in Delpit House in the Vieux Carre- and yes, i think i watched almost All your videos before we bought. I'm researching its history from being a tobacco factory in the 1880's . This is your official invite if you do more walk throughs.

She reminds me of an elementary school teacher and I’m a wake n baker. I’ll sit quietly with my juice box as she teaches us about Nola. Not a problem. Maybe because she’s animated? She rocks her facial expressions.
Please include house tours in the future. Love seeing the European influences with the New Orleans twist. Should I admit, while visiting in the past, I have waked thru the Garden District at dusk when the homes are beginning to light up and peer thru the windows. The original structure was built in 1840. Creole cottages were constructed in New Orleans between 1790 and 1850.

Oh yes please. More of these. I read James Lee Burke and his books are centered in New Orleans and his description's make me feel like I'm there. I also know there are a lot of authors and actors that live there. Famous chefs. I would love to see and hear about all of this. But seeing the actual housing of the area is a huge thing. Kayla and Andrew (and crew), great job showing this home, also a great subject for future features. One home at 2805 Carondelet St was curious, very old and haunting in appearance. I love in a creole cottage very similar though without the dormers, and wood not brick between posts. Great house style, I love the upstairs that many shotguns don’t have and the relatively large sizes of rooms.

So I tripped out a little bit when I saw the house you were showing. I have the Zillow app, and this house was/is on my list. This tour made the urge to move even more, I don't know when it will happen and I've got to be out of my mind. Cause humidity SUCKS, I live in southern Illinois, 45min north of Paducah, KY and the humidity here is bad, bad, bad, breathing is horrible up here.
