Sabrina, i absolutely agree that your bee buffet is one of the most beautiful you have done! You are so creative in choosing that stencil, nothing I would have thought of. You also make it look so easy! I’m struggling to do a decoupage front on a cabinet and as usual my vision is not my reality. But I need a lot of practice, I know. Love your work!

When you stain you should always end with a 180 grit. Just an FYI. VERY PRETTY
Obviously not. I was taught to end with 220 grit or lower before stain. I have always done it that way. There is more than one way to skin a cat and your way isn't necessarily the only way or correct way of doing things. FYI

WOW! EVERYTHING LOOKS FABULOUS! I would like to see you flip an executive desk. I recently purchased one from a college warehouse sale of their old office furniture. I got it for my sewing studio. Do you have any ideas or videos of works in this line? Anxious to see,

I dont really have any videos along those lines. Desks don't sell very well for me in my area, so I rarely flip them.

Absolutely fabulous compilation. So I forgot what the pantyhose hack is?
Panty hose around a topcoat sponge helps keep your sponge from absorbing to much topcoat so less likely to streak.

It helps to reduce the appearance of streaks in your topcoat

I live in Oklahoma and have flipped a few pieces but feel like Oklahoma is a sucky place for furniture flipping no one is buying anything and what does sell I’m practically giving it away 😢
Yah it is pretty tough in Oklahoma right now. I also offer shipping and list my furniture on Etsy.
Did you use rustoleum because it’s oil based?
Yes. Oil based primer is stronger than water based primers.
