Dear emperor, yes. More....more....
“Only The Void, Can Judge The Void!”
I love the light given to the Imperial Navy - they quite literally, are the first bulwark against enemies of the Imperium. And are the largest of the military formations in the Imperium as well.
Can't decide if the overuse of "battleship" is poetic license or a Navy scribe trying to make the defence look more impressive by bloating the size of the Chaos fleet lol. As usual the mix of "from the source" and your own details make for a smoothly told story that flows nicely; and unlike a lot of people the details you add fit nicely in with the general tone and narrative of the wider war on Vraks.
Incredibly well done, as I've come to expect.
Death Korps Morale .. They had shovels They had their heavy guns. Its a beautuful day in the korp Every meal a banquet. Every paycheck a princely ransom
One of the better tellings of the seige of vraks and you dont get bogged down in tiny detials or voice your own thoughts on everything you kept to a narrative style that really pays off in yoir videos.
Oh boy I sure do love being a Death Korps guardsman in the 101st Regiment.
Raziak is a true chad, Aetius or Stilicho of his era. seeing how desperate and ruined everything is, uniting what he can and charging against the storm. a true hero.
Korps : This is where the fun begins
It's not really stated that much, but the vast majority of conflicts in 40k are decided in the void. Yet despite this, it's really rarely given the attention it deserves. This video is quite excellent
I can’t express how excited I was to see a new episode of this released today to listen to on my lunch break!

Sadly the Navy didn't tell Korps what was coming. The only thing that will save them is their own paranoia and their enemies uncooperative nature.
“Babe, a new episode of the Vraks siege dropped”
I believe the technical term for this change of momentum from loyalist to heretic is, "Oops"
May the determination of the Kriegsmen give them the endurance to survive Chaos’s fury
"The relentless pounding they had suffered at the hands of the Death Korps had hardened them into grizzled and ruthless veterans."
Ah yet again we see vraks parallel the bickering, arrogence, and pompous pride of our own ww1 history. Naval officers not attempting to work together for a victory but unstead going to gain their own glory at any cost.
Admiral Rasiak was a brave man and an excellent officer of the Imperial Navy. With minimal ressources, barely a fraction of the sector's battlefleet under his command, he still managed to slow down the enemy fleet, that contained over 14 ships (including at least 1 cruiser and 1 straight up BATTLESHIP)
