I'm trying to learn the normal hopak that you showed in your other tutorials. I only did the warmup and the squating on my toes for a couple of minutes for a few days and my knees hurt. Is this normal? Or in other words can it be dangerous if you're not a slav that is used to squating all day. (I'm German from Bavaria)
