May be i am not true...but far as i can understand after hearing her she is not telling that this bill should not be passed but she is ready for a detailed discussion on discussion. Any bill that is brought on the table cannot be 100 percent correct and efficient. There ll be some lacunas which can always be resolved with discussion and add on to make it better.
Here are the highlights of what i can understand:-
1. Don't leak to the media first before the bill is brought on the floor. (Nobody is aware which is actually correct or not).
2. To clarify to those who don't know what the bill actually intends to.
3. And she is ready for a detailed discussion before the bill is being passed.

1. Dismantle Waqf as it’s a monopoly
2. Donations should be done to specific mosques, temples not to boards
3. A new waqf may be created, but all its properties should be verified and given only if it’s documented
4. Same policy must exist for other religions
