A family is in mourning and desperately seeking answers after their loved one died while working at the Hillsborough County Wastewater Department.

It sounds like the broken leg and emergency surgery caused a blood clot in the leg. The blood clot probably went to his heart or lungs, causing his death. 😢 It's very sad, but it does happen. It happened to a friend of mine after a bicycle accident. He was 28. 😢
