Hi. I have a question. I set up Omega juicer vrt350hd like you showed on your video,but when I turned it on , I heard specific sound but not auto cleaning brush was not moving, it’s like a stock... I didn’t put any fruits yet...I saw on your video, when you turned the juicer on , white auto cleaning brush started to move. But not in my juicer ... what’s the possible problem? How do you think? Help me, please. Give me any advice. Thanks
Dear Andy When the pulp is coming out from the shoot, does it have a tendency to spray all over the counters around it? VRT350HD My juicer now I have to cover with a towel to prevent that.
Hi there! Do you mean pulp shooting out fast? Or liquid spraying out the pulp ejection shoot? You can see my juicing with my VRT in this video watch?v=Pj4rgiswdjI - I let the pulp collection jug overflow a bit ;) No spraying though.

My juicer has two baskets. Does it matter which one? One has the red dot but the other one, which looks like the one you're using does not.
