Actually Manga doesn't follow the light novel at all. It has many changes. The manga nerfed John Smith.
On the other hand Anime follows the Light novel and web novel. So I prefer anime over manga for Eminence in shadow.

this amv reminded me why i love Delta again
This is personally the only fight where i liked the manga more it truely felt like alpha was powerful and that shadow acknowledge her. In this scene it looked like she was weaker than even beatrix which is kinda sad tbh
well she made him bleed, what we haven´t seen before, therefor it shows how powerful she is

Manga doesn't follow the Light Novel at all in eminence in shadow.
On the other hand Anime is following the light novel very well

@@alexsjarif Well Anime is following the main source material even more closely than Light Novel.
The Original source Material is Called Web novel. It's the raw form written by the author. You can see it as anime being closest to the original. LN is also very close to the source but it has slightest changes. Still Anime is very close to the LN while Manga is thrash Doing it's own sh*t
