- Air Jordan 1 Low Starfish Aging Custom With Vick Almighty
In today's episode of Customs with Vick, he takes the newly released Jordan 1 Low Starfish and adds some character to it! He begins the process by painting the edges of the leather a light orange. This will cause the material to mimic what would naturally happen over time. Next up, he reshapes the toebox of the shoes using the iron method. Moving onto the tongues of the shoe, he begins to give them an aged look. Lastly, Vick uses the same method for the tongue to age the midsole. This really set the shoe off and compleated the character it needed! Let us know in the comment section below how you all feel about this custom. Hey vic I know I'm commenting on this old video but there's a shoe that I think can us all of these aging techniques and it is the jordan 1 heritage. Please do the aging video on those jordan 1 I think they would be amazing. I ordered a pair but scared to do it on my own pair.

maybe a long shot, but im looking at restoring a beat pair of the jordan 1 low starfish, and i was wondering what color to use on the orange part, please helt :)))))
Couldn't really say exactly. Vick is really good at mixing a bunch of colors to find the right one, and he doesn't really measure. It's all about being patient and mixing little by little to find the right shade. Sorry I can't be of more help.

All you have to do in put them in a bowl of coffee and it’s ages them
Normally that would work if you're aging the entire shoe but for this one Vick only wanted certain areas aged which is why he did it the way he did 👍

It's a heat dryer. You can gettem at any home improvement store or online. His is nothing special.
