I picked up a 10 PG Wodehouse book haul recently so will be getting around to them soon. Best wishes.

Ah, I have never got round to reading Woodhouse. I know he's a great favourite of Stephen Fry, so I really should get to it, thanks for the prod.

Waiting for your opinions on PG Woodhouse. I remember not getting into his work the first time I read it. Perhaps it was not the opportune time for me to read it. As he is so much talked about so I would like to give him another try after your review.

I probably recommend him😂 Order doesn't really matter too much. Right Ho Jeeves was my first and that is a good one because it has lots of Gussie. My favourite is his short stories, especially The Inimitable Jeeves. One thing I would say is the humour is very British, but he is beloved round the world anyway. The way he plays with language is amazing.

He is definitely extremely capable with language! I feel his humor is very British but also over the top British, as if he’s making fun of it in a loving way 😄

Just so you know, it's written Wodehouse but pronounced Woodhouse. If you find them hard to get into I highly recommend the BBC radio adaptations with Richard Briers and Michael Hordern, which I rate better than the Hugh Laurie/Stephen Fry TV series.
